Blueberry Breakfast Shake

2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 medium “ripe” banana
1/2 cup orange juice

Freeze the banana (still peeled) for a few hours or until hard. Combine the yogurt, blueberries, “peeled” banana and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses.
